About Polycote

The newest addition to a family of automotive companies, Polycote Inc. is a state-of-the-art metal finishing facility dedicated to the automotive industry.

The company joins its affiliates Metex Heat Treating, a 40,000 tons/year heat treating facility located in Brampton, Ontario, and Durasort, a containment and packaging company for Tier I and II suppliers.

Management
Polycote management consists of Sandeep Bawa P.Eng. and Anoop Bawa both engineers with over 10 combined years of automotive experience. More notably, Sandeep has worked as a Program Manager at Magna International, and has first hand experience dealing with the quality requirements placed on Tier I automotive suppliers.

Employees
Polycote also has key employees with many years of experience in the custom finishing industry. Lead hands of the coating lines have been employed in the industry for more than ten years.
