ELECTROSTATIC SPRAYING

BARREL FINISHING

Barrel finishing is perfect for bulk coating of springs, fasteners, and other small parts which are too small for rack finishing. We have an entire production line dedicated to coating these small parts.

 Our capabilities on this line include:

•  Dry Zinc Phosphate or Zinc Phosphate and oil

• Black phosphate coating

• And more!

8-STAGE STAINLESS STEEL WASH SYSTEM

The correct pretreatment of metallic surfaces prior to powder coating is essential to guarantee a high performance, quality finish. Polycote uses advanced nanotechnology chemistry in an 8 stage power wash system to optimally prepare your parts for coating. 

SMALL JOBS AND RIM REFINISHING

Powder coated surfaces are highly durable and resistant to moisture, UV light, road salt and other harsh conditions making powder a perfect choice for car rims. Our secondary production line is dedicated to one-offs, short production runs, and rim refinishing. We use sandblasters and chemical strippers to clean your parts of any rust, oxidation or leftover paint before coating.
